CCAH is happy to announce a full-day LIVE webinar on October 10, 2024.
This virtual presentation will provide attendees with the Fundamentals of Tax Credit Property Compliance, provided by Jeffrey Promnitz, CEO of Zeffert & Associates! This will be the final chance in 2023 for Management Members to use their escrowed PTE Credits. The cost of the program for members is $75.00 per person. Members with available PTE credits may allocate $60.00 per person toward the cost of the webinar. Please contact the CCAH office if you need your company’s balance of available credits. All other members and non-members are welcome to join for only $75.00 per person.
At the 2023 CARH’s Mid-Year Meeting this week, it was announced that CCAH is the recipient of the 2022 State Affiliated Association of the Year Award. Board members, Alex Lawrence of GEM Management, LLC was present for the award. It’s a great honor to receive and to get this recognition for the National office.
